Kanye West's old video goes viral on April Fool's Day

On April Fool's Day, Kanye West will never have the faintest idea that his video shot nearly two decades ago has set fire to social media.

In the resurfaced clip, there was an interaction with a fan. But it was not a warm one, to say the least.

On what seemed like a basketball court, an unknown person approached Ye, demanding his attention, and threw a CD in front of him.

Ye seemed dazed by the stunt.

"What's up? Play that," the unnamed person says, throwing insults while wearing a track jacket and adding, "Yeah, that shit is HOT." Push back line."

The atmosphere in the room quickly turned tense.

Figures standing beside Ye seemed surprised and confused over the man's aggressive attitude.

One of them even attempted to defuse the moment, which was spiraling out of control.

But in an aggressive mode, the man in the track jacket hits back, "What was that? Lil' dude—oh yeah, you want to hate? You haven't got any skills. Yeah, yeah, yeah... **** you, man."

However, the situation turned comical when the person warned Ye, "Listen, man, you play that, we walk down that Grammy road together, OR you can diss me while you're sitting in the audience watching me."

West, in response, just smiled as he, as seen in the reportedly 2007 video, enjoyed the man's outburst.

Meanwhile, Ye's latest album Bully is raking in solid numbers on music charts.
