NOWSHERA: The police arrested three accused in the murder case of three brothers in the village of Palosi Bala in the jurisdiction of Azakhel Police Station, police officials said on Tuesday.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nowshera Cantt, Muqaddam Khan, the case was registered on July 18 by complainant Samiullah, a resident of Palosi Bala currently living in Gulbahar, Peshawar. Samiullah reported that he had visited his grandfather’s house in Palosi Bala with his brothers Shafiullah, Waqas and Abbas Khan, where their uncle Sher Aslam
and cousins were also present.
The official said that the victims’ grandfather, Muhammad Aslam, had made a decision regarding the division of family land between the deceased and their uncle Sher Aslam. This decision reportedly caused resentment among Sher Aslam and his sons.During a heated argument between the two sides, Sher Aslam and his sons Yawar, Qadeer and Manzar allegedly opened fire.
