MARDAN: The students of private institutions clinched top positions as the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Mardan announced results of the Secondary School Certificate examination 2025 on Tuesday.
A total of 76900 students appeared in the examination and 57,880 were declared successful with a percentage of 75.27. In the Science group, 53218 students appeared while 42,963 passed the examination with 80.73 pass percentage. In the humanities group, 42963 passed the examination out of 53218 with 2.99 percent pass percentage.
Muhammad Athar Khan Roll No 129603 of The Quaid-e-Azam Public School and Montessori Bagh-e-Haram Mardan topped the board by obtaining 1177 marks. Sidra Maham, Roll No 108625 of the Quaid-e-Azam Girls Public School Swabi, Roza Siraj, Roll No 100880 of the Ghazali School for Girls Mardan, and Sania Falak, Roll No 100852 of the same school remained second with 1172 marks and Aqsa Rehman, Roll No 100859 of the Ghazali School for Girls Mardan, Khaqan Ahmad, Roll No 134879 of the Iqra Model School Chargulli Mardan and Uroosa Anwar, Roll No 108646 of the Quaid-e-Azam Girls Public School Swabi, stood third with 1170 marks.
The result was declared at the award giving ceremony for the position holder students held at the board. Officials said the gazette would be made public today (Wednesday).
