Camille Grammer is reacting to the growing buzz that her daughter, Mason Grammer, may be joining the rumoured Next Gen: L.A. cast.

Speaking exclusively at BravoCon 2025 on November 14, Camille kept things light but honest, saying she’s heard the talk just like everyone else.

“We’ll see,” she shared when asked if she would support Mason stepping into reality TV. Camille added that while she’s aware of the rumours, she hasn’t been told anything directly.

Speculation first surfaced in July about a potential second Next Gen spinoff centered in Los Angeles, with several Bravo kids reportedly being approached.

The network hasn’t confirmed the project, though stars like Adrienne Maloof and Cynthia Bailey previously revealed their children had been considered.

If Mason does decide to film, Camille has one simple message for her: stay true to who she is.

She described her daughter as grounded and kind, noting that while Mason might seem “too sweet for a reality show,” she’s also strong and knows how to hold her own.

Camille also reflected on her own time in the spotlight, admitting she enjoys her newer “friend of” role more than being a full-time Housewife.

She said she sometimes misses carrying a diamond, but when she watches the drama unfold, she often thinks, “Thank God I’m not there.”

She recalled Andy Cohen teasing her about that mindset during her second season, and she laughed, explaining that yes, she was relieved not to be in the center of the chaos.

Her history with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills goes back to the beginning.

Camille was part of the main cast for the first two seasons, during which she was still married to Kelsey Grammer.

Their split in 2010 and divorce the following year played out alongside her early time on the show. The former couple share Mason and their son Jude.

Even after stepping away ahead of season 3, Camille returned several times and took on the “friend of” role during later seasons.

Looking back, she admitted she’d tell her younger self to be more cautious, saying she trusted the wrong people and sometimes spoke too quickly.

Still, those moments became memorable pieces of the franchise’s history. She acknowledged that season 1 remains “iconic,” especially given her now-famous “morally corrupt” comment about Faye Resnick.

Camille said she’s grown thicker skin over the years and has learned to rely on her own voice.

There are some things she might take back, but not everything.

One line she stands by is calling former castmate Kyle Richards “pernicious,” saying she doesn’t regret that remark at all.

As talk around Next Gen: L.A. continues, Camille seems content to watch from the sidelines while supporting her daughter’s choices, whatever they may end up being.
