Isla Fisher has revealed that life has been challenging since her divorce with Sacha Baron Cohen, but the process of rebuilding it is rewarding.
The former couple, who share three children together, called of their marriage after 23 years of togetherness.
Fisher has now relocated to London and is embracing a new version of her as a single woman.
"Trying to create a new life from a grassroots level, at least emotionally, has been challenging, but deeply rewarding”, she added.
Isla explained how she is enjoying the single life by having a lot of “me” time.
She told Elle Decoration magazine, “I’m enjoying this new version of my life. I don’t need to party in my house anymore. I love to get in the bath. I’ll light some candles, bring in my laptop and put on something on Netflix. That’s as exciting as it gets."
The Confessions of a Shopaholic star revealed that when her furniture arrived at her new home, she could not control her emotions as it was her first time “as a single woman, being in a home of my own.”
Work wise, Isla is currently busy promoting her upcoming film Now You See Me 3 along with Jesse Eisenberg, Dave Franco and Woody Harrelson.
The crime thriller is slated to release on November 14.
