The lawyer said Rohullah and Farmanullah were directly named in the case, while Qalandar was accused of facilitating the crime. The lawyer appearing for the accused said the accusations were baseless, adding that the suspects were not present at the crime scene.

After hearing arguments from both sides, the court denied the bail applications of Rohullah and Farmanullah but approved bail for Qalandar, who was charged with acting as an accomplice in the crime.
