CHITRAL: A noted elder and social worker Amanullah Khan Lal passed away in Khojz area in Upper Chitral district on Sunday.
Funeral prayer for the deceased was offered at Khojz and he was laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard.A large number of people from different walks of life attended the last funeral rites of the deceased.
He was a prominent leader of Khoshokhatai tribe spread in the length and breadth of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral district.The deceased was father of Illahi Bakhsh Lal and uncle of District Food Controller (r) Rauf Aman, Director Asadullah and News Desk in charge of Daily The News in Peshawar, Sabir Aman.
