Islamabad:Islamabad Art Festival 19 (IAF) and American Film Showcase bring three meaningful documentary films on November 21, 2019 from 10 am to 5 pm. The screening takes
place at Lincoln Reading Room, National Library, Islamabad. Admission is free
The three documentaries vary from plastic pollution in the oceans to cooking by ten-years-old chef to background music in films. Director Craig Leeson's Plastic Ocean brings impact of plastic on oceans and our life.
The film maker and his team bring us the disaster of plastic industry on our life. It covers everything from marine life to food chain industry with severe health issues. Cameron Yates' Chef Flynn takes us to ten-years-old boy from his home kitchen to world of culinary with trials, challenges and triumph.
The highlight of the film is not menu but the boy who has made it and made it well. The third documentary by Matt Schrader is Score: A Film Music Documentary which brings celebrated Hollywood movie music celebrities.
They take us into the world of film music. The craft, the emotions, the challenges,. The documentary includes interviews with composers bringing out the magic of film background score with its influence and impact.
