Illegal structures demolished
Islamabad : Capital Development Authority (CDA) carried out a big operation and razed massive illegal constructions and structures in Bhekha Syedan Graveyard, F-11/3 here on Wednesday.
The mega operation was carried out by Enforcement Wing of the CDA in collaboration with ICT Administration and Islamabad Police, while also participated by the officers and officials of other concerned formations. During the operation, action was taken against the encroachments in Street 49, Sector F-11/1 where a ‘Khanqah’ namely Baba Muqeem Shah was constructed over a huge land which was targeted and outer boundary wall constructed over seven kanals land was demolished. Furthermore, a ‘langar khana’ constructed over one kanal land with a room was demolished, while water-tank and two buffaloes sheds were also removed. Another action was taken in the same vicinity around the shrine Shah Muzammil Shah where 19 rooms constructed at segregated locations for residential purpose got dismantled.
