Two suspects sent to jail on judicial remand

PESHAWAR: A special accountability court her on Friday sent two suspects involved in the Kohistan financial scandal to jail on judicial remand, while another court extended the physical remand of another two suspects for seven more days.
Special Accountability Court Judge Ali Gohar sent the two accused identified as Sabar Jamil and Syed Naseer to judicial custody after the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) produced them before the court. The judge declined NAB’s request for an extension in their physical remand.In a separate hearing, Accountability Court Judge Hamid Mughal extended the physical remand of two other suspects Gul Zada and Nawab Zada in the same scandal for seven days.
