Federal officials told to submit asset statements by 25th
ISLAMABAD: The Establishment Division has given a deadline of July 25 to officers and employees of all service groups and federal ministries and divisions to submit their financial asset statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
These assets will be declared on a form issued by the Establishment Division, which would also include movable and immovable property. Those who violate the directive will face strict action, including “misconduct” and their promotion would be stopped. Officers and employees of all ministries and divisions will have to submit their final asset declarations on the required form available on the Establishment Division website. The Establishment Division will maintain the records of officers of the Police Service of Pakistan, Pakistan Administrative Service, Secretariat Group, and Management Group. The declaration of officers of the groups will be sent directly to the division by July 25, while officers of the groups posted in the provinces will send a copy directly to the division to avoid delays.
The declaration of all other groups and cadres will be kept by their respective ministries and divisions. The ministries and divisions will have to send the certificate to the Establishment Division by September 25, 2025.
