RAWALPINDI: The Special Court of Anti-Terrorism Rawalpindi has adjourned the hearing till May 31 after distributing the copies of Challans to more accused in May 9 cases.
A date for filing charges against all the accused will be fixed after the copies of all Challans are distributed. During the hearing on Saturday, advocate Zaheer Shah was present on behalf of the prosecution and Faisal Malik on behalf of the accused.
As many as 11 cases had been registered against the accused in different police stations of Rawalpindi, in which they were accused of arson, vandalism, burning of government and private property and creating panic.
