More prosecution witnesses record statements in GHQ attack case

A total of 27 witnesses have been recorded in this case so far

RAWALPINDI: Judge Amjad Ali Shah of Special Anti-Terrorism Court recorded more prosecution witnesses in the GHQ attack case and adjourned the hearing until May 29.

On Wednesday, during the jail trial, the prosecution recorded statements of Magistrate Mujtabaul Hasan and Head Constable Qadeer, while the plaintiff in the case, registered on May 9, SI Riaz, partially recorded his statement. Thus, a total of 27 witnesses have been recorded in this case so far. Defence lawyer Faisal Malik completed argument on the request of Imran Khan to start the hearing of all cases registered in Rawalpindi together. The government lawyer will argue at next hearing.
