Mela Charaghan events continue
LAHORE:The celebrations of Mela Charaghan 2025 continued in all its glory on the third day. Once again, the atmosphere of Shalimar Gardens was filled with the fragrance of Sufism, folk traditions, and overwhelming public excitement. A large number of citizens participated in various ongoing activities throughout the venue, expressing deep love for their culture. The day also featured a number of literary activities that captivated audiences. The day's opening segment, 'Bol Chaal da Sarnama' presented the Mashrab of Shah Hussain by Shahid Niaz Khan and Taimur Mumtaz.
This was followed by a performance of Dholi Zaigham Abbas. Afterwards, Sahib Zada Kashif Mehmood discussed Faqiri silsila and a panel discussion held where renowned philosophers like Dr Imdad Hussain, Dr Saeed Bhutta, Dr Farukh and Dr Khola Cheema discussed intangible forms of culture .
