Swat expressway

We fail to understand why the PTI government is continuously delaying the Swat Expressway project. They keep telling people that they have brought change in primary schools, but this is not the only thing a government has to do.

Infrastructure projects are very important for development. We want them to tell us: when will they start the construction of the Swat Expressway?
