A majority of degree-holders in Pakistan often complain about the lack of job opportunities in the country. They say they fail to land a job despite the fact that they possess the academic qualifications required for a specific job. But I do not buy this argument because mere high-grade degrees are not enough for entry into the job market.
I think that people need to exhibit a fair degree of competence to compete for and win a job. Recent graduates should realize that they must acquire the requisite skills to secure employment of their choice. When one has the required dexterity, one is sure to get a job.
