ISLAMABAD: The NAB, FIA, and police have submitted details of cases against PTI MNA Sher Afzal Marwat to the Islamabad High Court.
The petition was brought before a single bench of the IHC presided over by Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz on Monday. NAB prosecutor Rafay Maqsood clarified that no case has been registered against Sher Afzal Marwat in NAB. However, the state counsel disclosed that four cases have been registered with the police against Marwat. Sher Afzal Marwat stated: “I have been granted interim bail in all the cases mentioned by the state counsel.” The court concluded the petition concerning the details of Sher Afzal’s cases.
