Charming and elegant, model and actor Eshal Fayyaz first stepped into the industry with the popular drama serial ‘Abro’ in 2015. Soon after, this bubbly model became the talk of the town and a darling of the ramp. She has been a part of drama serials like ‘Paimanay’, ‘Tabeer’ and many others. In addition to this, she has also shared the screen with Sami Khan in the movie ‘Kaaf Kangana’. Eshal has done many fashion shows and has worked with a bunch of top brands; and she gives credit to Ather Shahzad for introducing her into the glamour world. 

Currently, Eshal is starring in drama serial ‘Dil Bhatkay’ and will also be featuring in upcoming drama serial ‘Pehchaan.’ Blessed with a good height and looks, this week You! talks to the gorgeous model to find out about her beauty secrets…

How old were you, when you started doing your makeup?

It sounds funny but from a very young age. The makeup products of my mom used to attract me a lot.

What is your everyday makeup look like?

I prefer natural look and I don’t use make up during day time.

When stepping out, do you wear makeup all the time?

Beauty is synonymous with having good skincare and I believe that we apply loads of products that clog our pores. So, I prefer not applying it that often to be able to let my skin breathe and rejuvenate.

Do you use sunblocks or any serums when you go to shoots?

I’m not into brands. I just apply sunblock.

Any tips for school and university going girls to deal with summers?

Dry skin is less resilient; therefore they should be more careful. Besides girls should try to maintain their natural look and if necessary then they should prefer baby skin products.

What is your favourite perfume?

A few from Victoria’s Secret, however I’m fond of body mists.

What is your favourite brands in lipsticks?

M.A.C

Do you use lighter tones of foundations or warm tones?

When I’m shooting I prefer warm tones, but for my YouTube channel I don’t apply anything but a lipstick and even shade my cheeks with the same.

After coming back from shoots, how do you remove the makeup and cleanse your skin?

I just use Himalaya Facewash.

Hair gets damaged after straightening and blow drying. How do you manage?

Fortunately, I have good hair and they happen to be naturally curly. It has happened many times that I took a hair wash and Khawar Riaz preferred to shoot me just that way. So, for the shoots I don’t have to delve into that much of hair products and treatments.

And what do you do to keep your hair healthy?

My mom oils my hair regularly with mustard, coconut and sometimes with almond oil.

Advice for women who can’t buy expensive brands but still want to look good:

I myself don’t buy any expensive products. Just use normal base that’s enough.

One thing you can’t give up that keeps you healthy and fit?

My work.

What is one cosmetic you cannot do without?

I’m not dependent on any product.

When it comes to cosmetics, which brand do you usually use?

What’s in your beauty bag?

Just a perfume.

When applying makeup, what do you fear the most?

If you have healthy skin and you are into healthy eating, then you don’t need to be afraid.

Do you go to salon regularly for your facials?

I’m a simple person and I prefer desi totkays and natural things over salons. I remember only once in my life I have dyed my hair and that’s all.

Do you use anti-aging creams?

I think I will have to wait for that.

I usually go to the malls, where I could get access to all brands at one place.

Never, I love my tone and it doesn’t need anything.

What does beauty mean to you?

Being natural.
