Boneless fish (2 inch pieces) ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red chilli (crushed) ½ tbsp
Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Egg (whisked) 1
All-purpose flour 4-5 tbsp
Corn flour 3-4 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Sesame seeds (roasted) 2-3 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Cooking oil for frying
