Crispy and flaky samosa is the perfect appetiser for any celebration. This is one of those treats that you should make for special occasions or over a weekend when you want to have some fun in the kitchen. Ingredients

Samosa Patti 3 pcs

Cottage Cheese 100gm

Chilli Flakes 10gm

Salt 1gm

Cumin Powder 5gm

Lemon Juice 10gm

Oil 250gm

Method

  • Combine cottage cheese with chilli flakes, salt, cumin powder and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Take samosa patti and stuff cottage cheese mixture and fold.
  • Heat pot add oil and deep fry samosas.
