This recipe is very easy to prepare and involves just a few ingredients. Happy cooking!

I N G R E D I E N T S

Dried noodles  150gm

Peanuts butter         60gm

Cucumber (julienne)  100gm

Garlic paste    14gm

Sesame oil     5ml

Zhenjiang vinegar     20ml

Salt    3gm

M E T H O D

  •  In a wok, add peanut butter, sesame oil and dilute the peanut butter adding water slowly.
  •  Then add salt and stir till smooth. Now take out the sauce in a bowl.
  •  Boil the noodles till cooked, strain them and immediately put the noodles in cold water.
  •  Strain the water and garnish with julienned cucumber.
  •  Serve with peanut butter sauce, vinegar and garlic paste.
