Cool dessert (China grass)

Are you fond of sweet delights? If your answer is yes then you are in luck as this week

China grass    1 small pack
Milk     2 1/2 cups
Sugar  2 1/2 tbsps
Vanilla essence         1 tsp
Coloured jelly           1 packet


 Set the coloured jelly and keep it in the fridge.

 ‑Boil milk and add in China grass and vanilla. Cook till it dissolves.

 Now add the sugar and cook it till it becomes thick.

 Put it off the stove and let it cool at room temperature.

 ‑Now take out the jelly and cut it into square pieces and put them in a dish.

 ‑Pour the milk mixture over it and put it in the fridge to settle.

 After two hours, take it out and cut into square pieces.

 Now serve it and enjoy the cool dessert.
