MARDAN: Having been inspired of the aroma, Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed on Sunday rushed to the Takht-i-Bhai's famous Chapli Kabab stall to enjoy the food in Awami style in Mardan.
Soon after inaugurating the Nowshera-Dargai Safari Train, the Minister traveled through the streets of Mardan and turned up at the local stall to enjoy the Chapli Kabab and Nans. The Minister was captured on camera in a video that was shared on his social media platforms and has been circulating widely.
In video, shared on social media, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Mohammad Khan, provincial Minister for Tourism, Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Mohammad Atif Khan can also be seen having food along with Sheikh Rasheed.
Speaking at the occasion, the minister said that all efforts were being made to turn the Railways into a profit-earning department. He said that rail was the cheapest mode of transportation for the people and the government would spare no effort to facilitate them.
