The second trailer to horror thriller film ‘Winchester: The House That Ghosts Built’ has come out this week but with its title shrunk to ‘Winchester’.
This week’s trailer reveals why the movie should be on the watch list quite reasonably, where the story plot is inspired by true events and tells the story of ‘the most haunted house in the world’ which is based on a real building in San Jose. Apparently Winchester built this house as a prison, an asylum for legions of vengeful ghosts.
Actress Dame Helen Mirren will perform for the horror narrative as Sarah Winchester – the heiress who owns the mansion, located 50 miles outside of San Francisco, it stands seven stories tall and contains hundreds of rooms.
Here this collaborative horror cinematic by Lionsgate and CBS Films – where director Michael Spierig who already has showcased his spark with other horror efforts ‘Jigsaw’ and ‘Predestination’ is included – Winchester can be expected of a big deal this year. The story plot seems as Tom Vaughan too would have had an interesting time working on the script.
The cast also includes, Sarah Snook, Angus Sampson, Laura Brent, Tyler Coppin, Dawayne Jordan, and other addition for a mainframe character starring Jason Clarke – best known for TV series ‘Brotherhood’ and movies ‘Dawn of the Planet of the Apes’ and ‘Zero Dark Thirty’.
The back story to Winchester itself has a lot to talk about – the fact that the house was owned by Sarah Winchester, is said to have haunted by the ghosts of the victims of those killed by the guns that paid for the home.
Winchester is slated for release in March 2018.
