Princess Diana's brother breaks silence after emotional plea from Prince William

Princess Diana’s brother Earl Spencer has shared his first social media post after claims Prince William has made an emotional plea to his uncle.

The New Idea, quoting the friends of Prince William, has reported that the Prince of Wales is “struggling” having so many old wounds reopened after his uncle Earl Spencer book was published.

The friends have also claimed that the future king has made a private plea to his uncle to leave the past alone.

The close insiders said, “William’s heartbroken this is all being dragged up again.”

Prince William has ‘begged Uncle Charlie to just let his mum rest in peace’, the source said and added, “He doesn’t want her turned into another chapter or make family tensions worse.”

The outlet, citing the royal sources, has reported Prince William is not ‘looking for a public row – only for the circus to stop at her grave.’

“He has spent his whole adult life trying to protect her memory. This has undone a lot of that. He can’t see himself ever trusting his uncle again.”

Amid these claims, Earl Spencer took to Instagram and released photos of flowers with a heartfelt message.

Spencer says, “September blooms - in Althorp’s drying garden.”
