Benny Blanco reveals if he plans to have kids with wife Selena Gomez

Benny Blanco is ready to start a family with Selena Gomez.

The 38-year-old music producer recently appeared on the Today show, where he spoke about Selena's recent post expressing her desire to become a mother in the future.

“Yeah. I’m pressing it,” Benny said of welcoming kids of their own. “I’m full-court press over here.”

Earlier this month, Selena shared an adorable photo of herself with a newborn on her Instagram Stories. Alongside the image, the Calm Down hitmaker shared her hopes of welcoming a little one of her own.

“One day,” the 34-year-old penned.

Selena had previously expressed her desire to become a mom during an interview with Vanity Fair in 2024.

“I haven’t ever said this, but I unfortunately can’t carry my own children," the the Only Murders in the Building star actress said. “I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby’s life in jeopardy."

"That was something I had to grieve for a while,” she continued. “I find it a blessing that there are wonderful people willing to do surrogacy or adoption, which are both huge possibilities for me."

"It made me really thankful for the other outlets for people who are dying to be moms. I’m one of those people. I’m excited for what that journey will look like, but it’ll look a little different. At the end of the day, I don’t care. It’ll be mine. It’ll be my baby," Selena added.
