Royal expert makes shocking claims about Andrew

A royal expert has made shocking claims about former Duke of York Andrew, saying he has continued traveling internationally with the knowledge of his brother, King Charles.

In his latest substack, royal expert Andrew Lownie has claimed that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has retained his passport and continues to travel abroad.

Andrew was allegedly spotted in the South of France this summer and is said to be looking for a property there, the expert further said.

The royal expert said, "Andrew has not been stuck forlornly in Marsh Farm over the summer. He retains his passport and regularly travels abroad with the knowledge of the King."

Lownie went on to claim, "Andrew has been in the South of France, where he was spotted in a red baseball cap, white trousers, Timberland shoes and Ray Ban glasses and accompanied by two forty-something women – one blond and the other with red hair. It is said he is looking for a property in the region."

Meanwhile, the Radar Online, citing a source, has revealed that France increasingly appeals to Andrew because he feels there is very little keeping him in the life he once had in Britain.

Andrew is no longer carrying out royal duties; he has lost his titles and his position inside the family has “changed dramatically”, the insider said. “If he were ever going to make a substantial change, having the entire royal spotlight suddenly swing toward Harry and Meghan would make this an obvious time."
