Meghan Markle shoots herself in the foot

Meghan Markle has found herself between a rock and a hard place, because much of her reputation is currently being steamrolled, and insight into it comes straight from a well-placed source that is incredibly close to her circle.

This source spoke to Heat and admits that much of her reasons for being cautious, and scared, are what are harming her in the long run, because many of her rejections in Hollywood are things people aren’t used to hearing in Hollywood.

As for her reasons for being hesitant to say yes to opportunities like podcasts, the source explains, “at this point she’s picked apart for literally every single thing she does, no matter how innocuous. It hurts badly enough as it is. If she goes on a podcast and bares her soul, all that will do is give this army that seems to be against her more ammunition, so it’s understandable that she’d be more than a little hesitant to do that.”

However, in doing so she’s seemingly shooting herself in the foot. As the source puts it “the problem is that, as valid as her reasons may be, most people at the top in Hollywood are not used to being turned down, and they do not take it well. For a lot of them, when they can’t have something, they turn around and tear it down. That’s what she’s up against.”
