King Charles has now been facing the sadness and disappointed of his eldest son Prince William and the reason is the apparent double standard for him and Prince Harry.

Insights into this come straight from the author of The King, Christopher Andersen.

He had an entire conversation about Prince William’s broken heart during a chat with Fox News Digital.

According to the author, the prince is for sure “disappointed” in his father for “not standing up for him”.

They were also quoted saying, “when it comes to Harry, William drew a line in the sand after the publication of Harry's memoir, 'Spare',” but reports say it wasn’t respected, as evident in continued calls to ‘turn the other cheek’ which was previously reported by separate sources to Closer.

However, what causes Prince William to not blow the roof off the Palace in his suspecsion of the Duke of Sussex is one thing – the King who really been “underestimated” over the year and according to the source, “William loves his father and appreciates better than anyone how underestimated Charles has been over the years,” so “he wants the king to leave his mark on history.”

Still, “deep down, he knows he and his family — particularly his wife, Kate — are the future of the monarchy.”

Given this ‘waiting game’ the Prince of Wales is playing with his father, while the insider promises the pair is “perfectly civil to each other,” it is exactly this that is causing more strife, because as Mr Hugo Vickers put it to Page Six, “the problem with William is that he thinks he knows best.”
