An insider that is well placed in circles around the media landscape just dropped a monumental bombshell against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and the reason is shocking.

For those unversed, the couple just returned from their UK trip and right off the bat they are said to be looking back into the interview world.

While its pertinent to mention that these plans don’t involve any suspicious royal tell-alls, what they did amid that the duo is hoping to knock down Oprah Winfrey’s door, for round two.

The entire thing has been divulged to Naughty But Nice, and according to the source, “Harry and Meghan would love a Part Two,” for sure.

Even now its said, they’re “talking again” because “they both have projects to promote,” and “they know interviews generate headlines. They hoped Oprah might be interested in a fresh chapter about healing. She isn’t.”

A separate insider later chimed in to explain her reasons for wanting to stay away, and they come barely a few days after she sat down with Vanity Fair to discuss the original interview.

According to the source, “Oprah took plenty of criticism after the first special” so this time around she “has absolutely nothing to gain by stepping back into the royal drama. As far as she’s concerned, that story has been told.”

Before concluding they also added, “she’s not going back there. If Harry wants to promote Invictus or Meghan wants to plug her jams, that’s their business. Oprah doesn’t want to become part of their publicity strategy.”
