King Charles has been facing wave after wave for family drama for his entire reign at this point, and his oldest son and his wife are starting to grow concerned.

Sources say their fears have doubled because of the “toll this continued family drama is having on both Charles’s health and his wellbeing.”

While talking to Closer the insider also says that the trio of William, Camilla and Kate are so worried, all of them have become “incredibly protective,” of Charles.

Given that Kate battled her cancer side-by-side with her father-in-law the same insider also says her support “comes from a deeply personal place and she has been one of the stronger voices telling the King to slow down.”

Meanwhile Fergie is planning to return for a face-to-face with single minded focus as Princess Eugenie continues to advance into her pregnancy because she “can’t bear” the idea of “being so cut off from her daughters and her grandchildren, especially with Eugenie about to give birth.”

To this end the source said, “since she left England, Sarah has been hopping from one luxury spa to another, spending a fortune trying to gather her strength. But as much as she doesn’t want to face the music, she can’t keep running forever.”

By this point her game plan included some kind of hopeful softening in the eyes of the public but “if anything the mood towards her is even worse than when all the revelations about her friendship with Epstein first came out,” they noted.

Hence she’s “clinging” to the belief that “sitting down with Charles and Camilla to plead her case could solve this for her, at least as far as her financial situation goes.”
