Inside Prince Harry’s visit to Diana’s final resting place with Archie, Lilibet: Source
Archie and Lilibet’s visit to Princess Diana’s grave comes to light
While much of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s visit to the UK has been kept under wraps, a source has come forward with insight into what happened at Althrop, Diana’s ancestral home and final resting place.
While talking to Closer Online the source revealed all the gut wrenching moments and said, “it was an emotional and cathartic occasion for Harry, and such a special honour for Meghan and the kids to be included too.”
What’s more is that he sees this as his ‘birthright’, but “he’s also very keen for the family to be included – though he treats the topic with the utmost sensitivity.”
What’s also pertinent to mention is that the Duke of Sussex is also planning a tribute to his mother, given the anniversary of her death is drawing near, on August 31st but Prince William is apprehensive about what is to come.
According to the same source, he feels there was an ulterior motive behind her joining Prince Harry. The source even went as far as to allege, “William is suspicious that obtaining footage for a docuseries about Diana is the real motivator for Meghan to come on this trip. It upsets him that she’s going to have any part in this tribute to his mother. He blames her for tearing the family apart and doesn’t believe for a second that Diana would approve.”
