Prince Harry’s dreams appear to have truly reignited, now that he’s made a trip back to the UK to see his father, and ensure his children receive a taste of his father’s homeland, but it won’t ensure smooth waters.

An insider shared all this, that too in a chat on Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack.

According to it, these hopes aren’t’ something that Meghan shares with her husband. Because while still has hope in an oversees role, with Australia as home base for example, Meghan has “no interest” whatsoever in moving back to Britain. However, the Duke’s hopes stand firm because he truly believes something like this “would allow them to serve the King while keeping the life he has built with Meghan and the children.”

A royal source also touched on the topic, and made it clear right off the bat that this is not something that is being entertained by the Palace at all. In the view of both King Charles and Prince William, “the late Queen made it crystal clear there would be no half-in, half-out arrangement. That policy didn’t end with her.”

However, a separate source made it clear that this hope refuses to die in Harry’s heart because he still thinks “there’s a creative compromise” to be done. “The institution believes the rules already exist. They’re not going to reinvent the monarchy for one family member.”
