Kate Middleton pushes Prince William to leave the past behind
Kate Middleton tells Prince William to stop letting Harry drama control his life
Kate Middleton is said to be encouraging Prince William to stop letting his estrangement from Prince Harry weigh so heavily on his life.
Insiders have revealed that the Princess of Wales has adopted a "tough love" approach to help her husband move forward, according to Closer Magazine.
Kate has become increasingly concerned by the emotional impact the family feud continues to have on William.
The source stated, "It’s tearing Kate apart to see William so upset and angry all the time."
"She’s tried everything – she’s listened, she’s sympathised, she’s encouraged him to talk it through, but nothing seems to work. She’s at the point where she doesn’t know what else she can do, so she’s resorting to a bit of tough love. She’s ordered him to snap out of it. She’s told him to look around him and realise they’ve got so much to be grateful for. Kate’s feeling happier than she has in a long time, and she wants William to start seeing that the glass is half full, too," they added.
"She told him to stop letting all this stress impact his mood, because it’s affecting everyone around him. The last thing she or the kids need is to see him moping around all the time."
Despite everything, Prince William is said to be in "a lot of pain" underneath. The source claims, "Deep down, he still loves his brother, and no one ever imagined they’d still be this estranged after all these years."
The outlet shares that Kate Middleton believes their busy life, William's Earthshot Prize initiative and spending more time outdoors could help lift his spirits. "She’s told him he needs to get out of this horrible headspace and, in her view, committing to a serious exercise regime is the answer – she says working up a sweat is the best medicine."
"She also wants him to give yoga a proper try, because he clearly needs a better way to cope with this stress.‘She knows that isn’t his true nature and she’s determined to help him see things in a more positive light," the source added.
The Prince of Wales reportedly keep on reminding Prince William that he's got "so many fantastic things going on."
"If he’d only allow himself to focus on them. His Earthshot initiative is doing better than ever, he’s getting so much support around the world and within Hollywood – it’s exactly what he had hoped for," the source added.
