Mandy Moore bares reality of motherhood with her unfiltered post-baby body glimpse

Mandy Moore is getting vulnerable as the mom of three showed an honest look at the body changes during motherhood.

The 42-year-old singer took to her Instagram account to share a raw reflection on her body and the loose skin on her tummy after giving birth to three kids in under four years.

She posted a video of herself showing her loose skin in a mirror and captioned the video, “After 3 kids in 3 1/2 years, this is what my body is...loose skin and all."

In a following story, she shared insights with her fans into her fitness journey, writing, “Also Im super awkward and not a natural athlete but I’m committed to getting stronger for the long run."

She also posted a video of herself doing a pull-up in a gym.

For those unversed, Mandy shares Gus, five, Ozzie, three, and Lou, one, with her husband Taylor Goldsmith.

Mandy also reflected on her motherhood journey in a social media post shared back in May on Mother's Day.

She wrote, “Being a mom is the single greatest gift of my life and while you’re never off the clock worrying or stressing or planning, the quiet, unmistakable joy triumphs over everything else.

“I’m endlessly grateful to the moms in my life who model what it takes, lend an ear, make the best suggestions, and generally make me feel less alone on the journey, Mandy added along with a series of snaps with her kids.
