As King Charles wants to see his grandchildren Archie and Lilibet, heir to throne Prince William has finally agreed to a 'private meeting' with estranged brother Harry, and he “understands why that matters.”

This has been claimed by royal expert Rob Shuter in his latest piece for Naughty But Nice substack.

The royal expert writes' “Prince William is willing to take an important first step: seeing his brother.”

The insiders went on to claim to Rob, William understands the significance of Prince Harry and Meghan’s visit to Britain and recognizes that King Charles wants the opportunity to spend time with his grandchildren.

While the relationship between the brothers remains complicated, sources say, “William is open to a private meeting with Harry.”

“William knows this visit is bigger than old arguments,” the source tells the expert. “His father wants to see Archie and Lilibet, and William understands why that matters.”

The royal expert made these claims after British media reported Harry and Meghan will visit the UK next month with their two children Archie and Lilibet, their first family trip back to the country since 2022.

The couple left Britain in 2020 when in a shocking move Harry stepped back as a working royal and moved to US with his family.

But he has said he would like to reconcile with his father, King Charles.

Harry had reportedly been planning to visit the UK this summer to mark the one-year countdown towards next year´s Invictus Games.

Prince Harry has insisted he would "always be part of the royal family" despite the public rift, including a falling out with his brother Prince William.
