Kourtney Kardashian talks about heartbreaking abortion

Kourtney Kardashian admits she had a miscarriage ahead of welcoming her baby with Travis Barker.

The couple, who famously struggled to get pregnant amid their fertility issues, lost their first baby before the birth of Rocky, now 2.

Speaking about her loss in Barker's upcoming documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear, Kourtney added:

“When we lost the baby, we were devastated.”

The mother-of-four said in the documentary, per EW. "We cried for days."

Back in 2024, the Kardashian sisters spoke about her fertility journey during an Instagram Q&A session.

"Had 6 failed IVFs - how did you find the strength to keep going? It's debilitating ," the user asked.

"I stopped after a year of trying (5 failed IVF cycles, 3 retrievals) my body relaxed and I believed in God's plan for my life," the mom of four wrote back. "Lots of prayers for whatever was meant to be for us. Also lots of optimizing my health. I know how hard it is to feel like you're not trying, but believing in God's plan and saying your prayers is so powerful. All the best!"

"I want to be super clear bc it seems my answer to the IVF question may have been confusing," she later added. "I got pregnant 100% naturally, NOT through IVF... one year after stopping IVF actually. Through God's blessing on Valentine's Day."
