Shamed Andrew finds it ‘hard’ to deal with daughters humiliation

Ex Prince Andrew feels responsible as his daughters are banned from a key royal event.

The former Duke of York, who is in exile at Sandringham after being evicted from the Royal Lodge, is sorry his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were asked not to come to the Royal Ascot.

Speaking about the the Royal sisters and their father, author Andrew Lownie writes on his Substack: “It’s been very hard to deal with. The hardest thing was how it affected my family and put so much burden on them.

“For that, I’m sorry beyond words, and unfortunately, will have to bear that regret for the rest of my life.”

The author further quoted the ex added: “My life has been turned upside down, and often I feel a deep-rooted sense of being alone in the world. I need to establish new routines and networks. Perhaps I’ll end up doing it somewhere else.”
