The Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case is about to be solved very soon after four-months long investigation, predicted by Morgan Wright, the founder of National Center for Open and Unsolved Cases.

The biggest revelation comes as the FBI has been planning to deploy new tech tools into Savannah Guthrie’s 84-year-old mother investigation, as sources privy to the matter told Fox News Digital. However, they declined to further disclose the nature of tech.

Wright’s prediction is based on the FBI’s next which he believed can take the family and police officials closer to the truth and could reveal “key suspect” involved in the abduction.

Talking to Fox News, Wright said, “The solution to this case is going to be, I think, something technical, something that they come up with — new ways of analyzing data.”

"I am looking at the video, the video forensics, signals analysis, blockchain kind of stuff,” hoping to unravel the mystery surrounding the case.

Using cutting-edge technology, video forensics could expose either the suspect or his vehicle. Moreover, by leveraging signal analysis, such as cell-site and ad-tech metrics, alongside blockchain forensics, it is possible to identify the entities responsible for the extortion and ransom schemes, regardless of their legitimacy.

"If I'm going to put it into three buckets, I'd say it's going to come out of one of those three buckets," Wright said.

Besides these three areas, investigative genetic genealogy could also offer a hope, but it is outdated depending on the nature of the case.

He also rejected the possibility of a second person in abduction, “I don't know that there's anything else to indicate a second person," he said. Because, in the video it can be seen that the potential suspect struggled to obscure the camera and suspect vehicle.

It has been four months since the mysterious kidnapping of Nancy from her home in Arizona on February 1st. Despite the involvement of the Pima County Sheriff Department and FBI and collection of key DNA evidence, the investigators have failed to unlock any breakthrough.
