“I've spent my whole life feeling that I'm not good enough,” the fashion designer said, adding that the “great thing about getting older” is “caring less about what other people think.”

The 52-year-old mom of four also admitted she spent much of her life “not liking how I look,” but now “accepts” it.

However, Victoria also rejected the idea that people should neglected themselves or “give up just because you're fifty.”

“That doesn't mean you have to compromise,” the entrepreneur noted of getting older, “you can still look good.”

The businesswoman, who shares four children — Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper — with her husband David Beckham, revealed she now works out even harder than she did in her twenties and thirties. “Just because you're older doesn't mean you're limited in what you can do. You can achieve great things as you get older,” she told the magazine.

Victoria previously shared similar thoughts when she celebrated her 50th birthday in April 2024. In an Instagram post at the time, she reflected on entering a new stage of life and said she felt “blessed,” “accomplished,” and “deeply content.”
