Karen Spencer, the former wife of Princess Diana’s brother Charles Spencer, has shared her first social media post, nearly a week after the fourth marriage of her ex-husband.

Following reports of their wedding, the 9th Earl Spencer, 61 took to social media and revealed the date of his wedding with loved-up photos.

He said, “15 May 2026 - the happiest day ever.”

Spencer went on saying, “A very close friend said to me, months ago: ‘The thing about Cat is, she’d want to be with you if you lived in a hut.’

“Little did I know she’d also be happy to marry me in a desert.”

Three days after Charles Spencer announcement on social media, his former wife Karen took to Instagram and released a major statement.

Sharing a photo of her cat, she said “One of our 3 cats, Phoebe enjoying the garden.”

“Phoebe has a sister named Ella who is pretty much identical. The only way to tell them apart if that Phoebe has one blue eye and one green and Ella’s are both blue. They are Maine Coons, a breed known for being dog like, very affectionate and talkative, which they both are. They are loving the new house!.
