The Trumps assure support to Vanessa Trump during cancer battle
Vanessa Trump, ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., is battling with cancer
It is being reported that the Trumps have not abandoned Vanessa Trump after she announced her cancer diagnosis.
Taking to her Instagram account on May 20, the former wife of President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., informed her followers about her breast cancer diagnosis and shared that she had undergone a “procedure” to treat the disease earlier this week.
She penned, "While this isn't news anyone expects, I'm working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan. I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me."
Now, a former member of Trump’s administration told PEOPLE magazine that “the Trumps really like Vanessa, and she will always be family to them.”
The official stated that they are sure that the President of the United States of America will support his ex-daughter-in-law during a tough period of her life, as he has been supporting others in the family.
Another source based in Jupiter, Florida, told the same outlet, “With her close family, including support from all of the Trumps, Vanessa will handle whatever is involved with her recovery and future with the disease.”
For those unaware, Vanessa welcomed five children, 19-year-old Kai, 17-year-old Donald III, 14-year-old Tristan, 13-year-old Spencer, and 11-year-old Chloe, with her ex-husband Trump Jr.
It is pertinent to mention that Vanessa Trump, who was married to Donald Trump Jr. from 2005 to 2018, is currently in a relationship with American professional golfer Tiger Woods.
