Kate Middleton is praised for her recent trip to Italy by an expert.

The Princess of Wales, who touchdown the European country earlier this week, inspired millions with her work towards cancer patients.

Expert Judith Woods writes for The Telegraph: “Regardless of what they achieved on home soil, these fully paid-up members of the modern Firm will have had to take it on the chin when they were incontrovertibly outshone by the bellissima Caterina, Princess of Wales on her two-day solo trip to Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy.

She added: “Having made early-years development and education a personal cause, she visited to see for herself the groundbreaking approach adopted in the region – winning hearts and minds as she did so.

“She knelt down to a child’s eye level and made a creditable attempt at their language to put those who met her at ease. But Catherine didn’t just speak. She was there to learn, and so she listened,” she noted.
