The insider in question shared this with RadarOnline and the entire conversation revolved around her newfound dedication.

According to the report, “over the past few years, Kate has become extremely selective about the people she allows into her trusted inner circle.”

This comes especially considering all that happened with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle because since then, scandal upon scandal has descended upon the Windsor line. The most recent example of which is Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

All this has translated in her enacting a “much stronger emphasis” on loyalty, discretion, and protecting the stability of the Wales household.

Moreover, where Princess Eugenie or her sister is concerned, the source explains, “because Eugenie has remained one of the few family members still publicly close to Harry, that also naturally creates a certain level of caution and discomfort.”

“It's not as though Kate and Eugenie have had some dramatic falling out or major confrontation behind closed doors.”
