Inside day two of Kate Middleton's Italy visit
The Princess of Wales is currently on her first official overseas trip since undergoing cancer treatment
Kate Middleton is sharing some glimpses into the second day of her Italy trip.
The Princess of Wales, who touched down in Italy on Wednesday morning, showcased her another day spent in Reggio Emilia as she reflected on the local community.
Taking to her official Instagram account, The Prince and Princess of Wales, she noted, "Day two in Reggio Emilia, where approaches to early learning come to life across schools, ateliers, and community spaces shaped by creativity and shared care."
"Here, attuned and attentive caregivers, alongside nature as ‘the third teacher’, nurture an immense sense of connection in the children, which is so crucial in the early years and beyond."
The videos posted along the caption featured calm and cozy glimpses of Regio Emilia, as the first slide showed a clip of the big three covering a dome like house.
Other clips showcased the streets of the city in Italy, which seem quite unbusy.
When Kate arrived on May 13, hundreds of people gathered in the city’s main square and in nearby streets to greet Kate.
As Kate made the two-day visit as part of her work focusing on childhood development, an aide to the princess said, "Undoubtedly this is a huge moment for the princess. There will be many highlights of 2026, but this being ?her first official international visit post her recovery, this is a really significant moment for her.”
