Princess Eugenie to turn ‘heir and spare’ on its head: Psychologist speaks out
A psychologist weighs in on all that is slated to come, with the slow trickle of the pregnancy due date nearing
Clinical Psychologist Dr. Michael G. Wetter has made some pretty massive claims about whats in store for Princess Eugneie, now that her family is adding another member.
For those unversed the Princess was already mother to two boys and now the expert claims she’s gearing up for a big shift, one that they describe as “controlled chaos”.
The whole thing has been shared during an interview with HELLO!
According to their findings this is a natural shift of sorts, one that follows each new edition into the family fold because “once a third child enters the family, many parents begin to feel that the household shifts from manageable organisation to controlled chaos.”
The good doctor also admitted, “psychologically, this can create both stress and emotional growth.”
Because with the edition of another “parents are often forced to become more flexible, less perfectionistic, and more accepting that they cannot fully control every aspect of family life.”
At the same time it also means life will be “more emotionally demanding”, with a lot of “emotional depletion and identity strain” for mothers especially. But more than anything there is also ‘increased pressure related to financial stability.”
On the flip side the psychologist did make sure to mention some of the positives though and they include, “some parents report feeling that a three-child household creates a stronger sense of energy, connection, and emotional richness within the family system.” Also, “there is often a perception that the family feels 'complete' or more dynamic socially.”
