Rapper Kodak Black gets arrested over drug trafficking charge: Official Report
Kodak Black has just been arrested and is currently staring down the wall of a jail over charges involving drug trafficking
Rapper Kodak Black has just found himself behind bars, all because of charges related to drug trafficking according to a report by TMZ.
News of this has come now that the Florida resident booked into the Orange County Corrections Department for trafficking METHYLE.-METH (MDMA).
For those unversed, this is a synthetic drug that acts almost like a stimulant of sorts.
The rapper’s attorney KB's attorney, Bradford Cohen has also spoken out and calls Kodak's arrest “a coordinated surrender” related to a November 2025 case “in which a police officer searched a vehicle with one passenger who was NOT Kodak.”
Moreover the outlet reveals, “cops found a bag containing several items including a bottle of prescription cough syrup, which allegedly had Kodak's fingerprint on it.”
In the eyes of the lawyer this case has “weak legal basis” and will be something he intends to fight. All of this concluded with him saying, “we look forward to yet another fruitful resolution to another case that should have never been filed.”
