Kristen Cavallari drops bold take on dating younger men
The TV personality shared her thoughts on age-gap dating
Kristen Cavallari is open to an age gap relationship.
The 39-year-old TV personality took to her Instagram Stories over the weekend and answered a question regarding the trend of men dating older women.
“I love this era for us!” she wrote.
“I think older women are just more confident in their skin. Not as many games and not afraid to ask for what they need/want.”
“I think, for women, it’s just really fun and traditionally a little ‘bad,’ which just makes it even more fun. I love seeing us breaking rules, ladies.”
This came after the fashion designer was in a brief relationship with TikTok star Mark Estes in 2024. They had a 13-year age gap. The pair parted ways after seven months of dating due the age difference.
She revealed in Let's Be Honest Podcast back in October of the same year, “It’s hard because I broke up with Mark because I just know long-term it’s not right."
“It’s not because of love lost or something bad happened. No one cheated. No one was mean. No one did anything. Those breakups are always the hardest I think because it’s almost easier if the guy does something that makes you hate him," Kristen added at the time.
Kristen was previously married to Jay Cutler, who is a retired football player. They remained married for seven years and welcomed three kids.
