Gisele Bundchen drops postpartum workout secret she calls a 'game changer'
The model shares exercises she wished 'she knew them before other pregnancies'
Gisele Bundchen is keeping up with her fitness after welcoming a baby boy last year.
On Monday, February 23, the supermodel shared a rare look into her core-strengthening workouts on her social media.
"I really feel these exercises have been amazing," Gisele shared who is a mom to three kids.
"They really have helped me gain my core strength back after my third pregnancy. I wish I knew them before, because I didn't do them in my other pregnancies."
She then got down on her hands and feet and showed her Pilates-based workouts. Gisele do set of five of these exercises.
"This is simply me sharing my personal postpartum experience and what worked for my body," Gisele wrote in the caption along with the video.
The supermodel, who welcomed a baby son with husband Joaquim Valente, said, "After my last baby, I started these five slow, intentional movements around eight weeks postpartum. No traditional crunches, just gentle, conscious work that helped me reconnect with my core."
She said that these exercises are a "game changer."
The mom of three added, "I took almost a full year to return to my regular workouts, and I truly believe slowing down made all the difference for me. It helped me rebuild my deeper core and protect my back."
Gisele is also mom to daughter Vivian and son Benjamin whom she welcomed with ex husband Tom Brady.
