Sean Penn's reaction goes viral after brutal Nikki Glaser roast

Sean Penn was one of Nikki Glaser's most memorable targets during the Golden Globes 2026 opening monologue.

Hosting the ceremony, Glaser delivered a sharp roast aimed at Hollywood's biggest celebrities, including Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Kevin Hart, and Penn.

Glaser said, "Everyone in this town is obsessed with looking younger, but Sean Penn is like, 'What if I slowly morph into a sexy leather handbag?'"

"It's hot. It's good," she added as camera showed Penn laughing and nodding from his seat.

Glaser went on to add, "I feel like a lot of actors talk the talk, but Sean Penn will actually go to the places in the world that need help the most. and he will do cocaine there."

"Sean, I did get permission to do that joke from your two best friends Charlie Sheen and El Chapo," she hilariously noted.

It is pertinent to mention that Nikki Glaser, host of Golden Globes 2026 previously told E! News that you have to be "very delicate" when making jokes on a big night.

"But you also want to give the people at home something to laugh at, and you want to poke fun at the people that they're dying for you to make fun of. People at home want you to make fun of the A-listers," she added.
